This luxury twelve person holiday home is not only in winter but also the rest of the year a beautiful holiday home for a holiday. The holiday home is nicely furnished and fully equipped.

The holiday home is a 10-minute walk from the center of Winterberg with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. The ski area is two kilometers away. Even closer you will find the Cap Cap with the bobsleigh, bike park, summer toboggan runs and the climbing boulder.

This superb holiday home is a great base to discover in the summer or winter in the Sauerland, or to spend a wonderful weekend or a week.

The spacious living room is equipped with widescreen TV, DVD, satellite, stereo system and offers a beautiful view of forest and mountains

The house offers you a separate dining room with a large long table where you can enjoy your meal with wonderful views of the forest and the mountains with twelve people.

Kitchen - Ground floor Very luxurious kitchen with 5 burner hob, hood with led lighting, electric oven, large fridge + freezer compartment, 1 coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven complete with 12-piece dishes and lots of closet and drawer space for your groceries.

6 Bedrooms - First floor
There are 6 bedrooms; 4 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 with each two single beds. Some bedrooms have 1-2 sinks Bedroom 2 - 1st floor. There are 6 bedrooms; 4 slk. with a double bed and 2 with each two single beds. Some slim. have 1-2 washbasins

The house offers you three luxurious bathrooms (basement - ground floor - 1st floor) each with shower, shower enclosure, thermostat tap, 2 washbasins, hanging toilet

The separate fitniss room has been performed, among other things, with a cross and gym trainer. In addition to the fitness room there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet

Recreation room - Basement
In the recreation room there is a large table tennis table with storage box for the needs. In the recreation room there are also two fixed washbasins. Near the recreation room is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasins.
